Description

We are seeking a part-time pastor (estimate is 20 hours a week)

A man to work flexibly and in a context of Church revitalisation, ministering to a well-established small congregation. 

The church has had a tradition for Bible teaching and welcoming warmly many holiday visitors.

 

Essential Responsibilities
- prayer, preaching and pastoral work and care
- keep God's word central in personal and Church life and ministry
- evangelism
- lead, teach and nurture the congregation and others
- have and develop a vision for Church growth and revitalisation
- be a trustee of the CIO

Grace Church North Norfolk was set up in 2023 by the members of the previous Cromer Baptist Church.
It is listed in the Grace Directory of Churches.
The church is a small supportive congregation of welcoming, praying people. It is holiday-area church in a place of great opportunity, linked with small network of like-minded churches in Norfolk. There is also opportunity to develop links with the Norfolk Gospel Partnership.
The post will involve flexible working arrangements, and is without accommodation
