We are prayerfully seeking a godly, enthusiastic and biblically-minded Youth Ministry Worker to lead and develop our ministry among 11-18 year olds. The role includes discipling young people through Bible teaching, relationship building and gospel-shaped activities. The Youth Ministry Worker will work alongside our staff team, volunteers and parents and carers to make disciples of the next generation.

Required Skills

The ability to gather, lead and develop people and teams.
The ability to think and act strategically and work at their own initiative as well as in partnership with others.
Good communication skills.
A team player with a servant heart. 
Theological training and/or experience.
Demonstrates an understanding of the challenges facing teenagers today from a biblical worldview.
