Eythorne Baptist Church is a family church with around 80 adults and 35 children and young people in regular attendance. The church is well established in the East Kent area and has grown steadily over the past few years. Our regular weekly activities include Home(small groups) as well as groups for children, young people and seniors. We run regular Christianity explored courses and support mission at home and overseas. We encourage every member ministry. The Lead Pastor will be involved in leading all aspects of the spiritual oversight of the church family. He will be involved in regular preaching and leading of services, organising and delivering pastoral care, team leadership and vision for future growth.

Required Skills

Expository preaching, ability to communicate clearly with all ages and a team player who relates well to others.
