If the church is the hope of the world; training is the hope of the church.   The local church is the place where, through the ministry of godly leaders and teachers, the Risen Lord Jesus equips his people for works of service.

The aim of FIEC Training is to begin to address these needs.  Our Mission Statement is: “To embed a vibrant culture of ministry in all our churches which is owned at every level through training.”

Promoting training in FIEC churches and beyond through the Prepared for Service course and Learn2Lead programme is the responsibility of the Training Resources Team.

Stimulating churches to identify, develop and deploy men for pastoral leadership is the responsibility of the Pastoral Development Team.
