Learn2Lead is a training course developed by FIEC and run in the local church, to provide a solid grounding in the Faith and to prepare people for leadership in the church. It aims to equip members of the congregation with the skills they need to move into leadership.

Who is it for?
The Bible and Doctrine tracks will benefit every believer, and the Leadership tracks are for any leader or potential leader. Examples could include:
home group leader, youth leader, Sunday school leader, elder, deacon, specialist group leader (women's group, old people, students)
How does it work?
Learn2Lead has five tracks.
1. Understanding the Bible 2. Understanding Doctrine 3. Understanding Leadership 4. Leadership in Practice 1 5. Leadership in Practice 2
Each track contains ten units and leader's notes for all five tracks are contained within the comprehensive Tutor Manual.
There are three ways of using Learn2Lead
- Two-year leadership programme - a group meets regularly with a tutor (often a pastor) to work through all five tracks.
- Pick and mix - pastors pick whichever track suits the needs of their congregation.
- Individual Study - individuals can choose to work through tracks on their own.
