FIEC has no authority to appoint men to pastorates but is able, by means of its web-based Pastoral Introductions Service, to introduce men to churches who, seeking the mind of the Lord, make the decision about who their pastor will be. The service exists primarily for the use of members of the Pastors’ Association but the Pastoral Link Team also considers prayerfully approaches made by other individuals who accept the Doctrinal Basis of the Fellowship and its Statement on Ecumenism. The service is confidential to those we have undertaken to help.
